Just a few bug fixes and changes for today.

Reduced the swarming potental of Swamp Creatures. Reduced the drop rate of Swarming Swamp Creatures. Fixed Some issues with Mountain Giants Sliglty reduced Mountain Giant spawn weights. Fixed some issues with Beast Escilation Potion not functioning corectly with mob spawners. Increased spawn weights of all vanilla monsters that have custom varients
