The Crafting Update Progress Report #2

Updated the plugin on the test server to reflect most of the changes listed here.

Progress

-Players can now place xp into a glass bottle. (/xpbottle)

-Added in boots of speed, not craftable

-Added in Life Armor.

-Added in a few other custom items.

-Created 7 new Custom Mobs, 5 of which are fully implemented and working, 2 which are still being worked on. None of these custom mobs are on the test server yet.

-Fixed The First and other custom monsters that take less damage from projectiles. There projectile protection now works.

Plan Revisions

-I am not going to add the Breacher item in this update. I have decided to slightly change a few things about it and am having a hard time implementing its effects.
