Minor Updates and Bug Fixes

Wow, its seems Like I am doing a lot of these Minor and Update Bug Fix Posts. However I do not look upon it with a negative light. The more bugs squashed the more stable the the server becomes.

Updates:
-Added in a counter that can count the total entities on the server. (Admin command)
-When the server shuts down Zombies and creepers are removed from the overworld. (To help solve creeper overabundance and associated lag problems)
-Assassins and Elite Assassins now spawn more frequently.
-Assassins potions are now the V2 version. (Better effects)
BugFixes:
-/Shops command now works.
-Bestiary now displays biomes using the correct list.
-Mesa Dwellers spawning code has been changed. They should now spawn.
-Misc. Bugs
