Progress Update 3

Great!

I have many of the permissons for the plugins working and have most of the staff perms worked out.

My Library plugin, Mail and chat plugin are all working with very few bugs.

All the server needs Now is a Voting plugin and the server will be ready for the final tests.

Once the server is a few months old I will probroly get a donation plugin so those who wish to donate are able to.

When the server goes live I will expand the world border by 500 blocks. And a few weeks later, depending on the amount of active players I will expand it by 1000 more.
