Progress Update 2

The computer that I was hosting my test server on has been having problems for the last month or so but it is now fixed. I have added new buildings to spawn and am still working on changing spawn. I have Totaly changed how spawn shops look and the spawn shop area.

I still have many permissions that I need to add and I still need to test the permissions and player groups. Once everything is working corectly I will upload the server to a hosting site and offically open the server to the public.
